How long has Family Thrift Center been here?
We opened our doors in 1998. The original manager who opened the doors was able to buy the store for her own after 19 years. The store is still family owned and run. You may see Anita running around the aisles making sure prices stay low the next time you're in! Feel free to say hi! She loves meeting all of her extended family here at Family Thrift Center.

When will items be marked down?
Each week one of our tag colors is marked down 25% and another is marked down 50%. We even do 75% off seasonal items towards the end of the season.
How can I save more?
By signing up for our Reward Program you can save up to an additional 50% on Sundays. You will also receive exclusive texts and emails each month for a special offer or coupon. Sign up here, or by texting Rewards to 41400.
At Family Thrift Center, our frequent shoppers benefit from extra rewards. Our loyalty program shoppers who shop with us Monday through Saturday will accumulate points which can be used for discounts on any items purchased that following Sunday!
With the Customer Appreciation Sunday Rewards Program you simply give your phone number to the cashier at the time of your Monday through Saturday purchase to accumulate points. Every dollar is a point. Shop on Sunday to redeem the savings you’ve accumulated the previous week! It’s as simple as that.
Do you accept donations?
No. We work with Charity Clothing Pickup, and because of that our merchandise must be accounted for by them to ensure we pay a fair price for all of our merchandise. We opt to buy it from them rather than collect it ourselves as a way of making sure these charities have the revenue continually coming in.
Where does the merchandise come from?
We work with Charity Clothing Pickup who services multiple local and national charities. We purchase the clothing from them so these charities have a hassle free means of collecting revenue. Why are some prices higher?
We choose to price high quality items higher than others based on condition, appearance, style, and brand. We feel that this way we always give people the chance to see the item and buy it at the higher price or wait until it is marked down. This ensures that the best deals aren't bought by whoever can get here first. We also mark down twice to ensure we do offer the lowest prices.
Do you accept returns?
We do not. We have begun evaluating some situations with approval of the manager and general manager when there is a clothing item bought within the last 7 days, with the tag untampered with, and with the receipt present. While we have made a few exceptions we still sell every item "as is" and all sales are final.
Family Thrift Center has a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy. All Family Thrift Center all items are sold “As Is” and all sales are final. Designer goods offered for resale cannot be guaranteed authentic. Items with loose or missing price tags must be reprocessed therefore cannot be sold.
